And they now have to dial that back a little and spend some of it on 2022, which means 2023 will likely not be as complete as they planned it to be. It's a win, but a small one. 2023 is mostly going to be a copy paste job. No guide needed. For a manager game, this is extremely shallow and easy. It is easy to learn most things by doing the tutorial and reading the tooltips. Most players would probably win by the 3rd season coming into the game having no idea what they are doing.
