HOAMCO has very minimal interaction with “lower level” employees. In my 2 years I only saw or spoke to Hoamco staff a handful of times. Management / leadership are extremely toxic and do not treat their employees fairly. There is blatant favoritism, hypocrisy and zero accountability for upper management.
